TA/0047/05 – Tree Preservation Order South East of Princes Way, Detling.
The views received from residents were read out by Councillor Cosgrove, the views were both for and against the removal of the tree.
The Chairman also gave residents attending the meeting the opportunity to speak regarding this planning application.
The views were noted by all present and the Chairman summed these up for members.
A discussion took place regarding this application, and it was agreed that no objections would be raised by the Parish Council, however they agreed with the Tree Wardens views that it should be replaced with a suitable tree, and a TPO should be placed on this.
Action: Clerk to write to MBC.
