Detling Parish Council notes a leaflet on the development has been circulated in the village. The Parish Council wishes to clarify that this leaflet has been published by some concerned local residents and not the Parish Council.

Whilst it is commendable that local residents wish to engage on this important issue, there is as yet no planning application to comment on and it will only be when there is a proposal to consider that the Council will be keen to seek the views of residents.

Currently the Parish Council DOES NOT advocate that residents should send comments to the developer as there is literally no proposal to comment on. This will undoubtably change and once an application is submitted residents' views will be very much welcomed and appreciated by the Parish Council.
